Driven by his strong belief in the importance of giving back to society, Dr. Rajkumar founded the 'Dr. Rajarathinam Medical and Educational Foundation' in 1997. The foundation is dedicated to assisting patients suffering from HIV by covering their medical expenses and supporting the education of underprivileged individuals.
Since 1997, he has held the position of chairman at the Lifeline Multi Speciality Hospital group. Under his leadership, the hospital has grown from a small 10-bed facility to a substantial establishment with 100 beds. Specializing in robotic surgery, cancer surgery, and transplant surgery, the hospital has become a prominent institution in the healthcare sector.
As the President of the Tamil Nadu branch of the Association of Surgeons of India, he served as an inspiring figure, motivating bright young individuals to strive for excellence and achieve greatness in the field of surgery. Throughout his illustrious career, he has practiced in various countries including Kuwait, Oman, the United Arab Emirates, and India.
